Ask Garth, Frazer, or Chris and they will verify that in our house last year we consumed a highly commendable quantity of Sainsburys Basics milk chocolate. Indeed, the rare occasion that Sainsburys was out of stock was a sad day. A typical scenario would involve sitting down to watch Spooks, and cracking open a bar. And why wouldn't we? At only 25p for a 100g block, it was economical pleasure at its best. And it was good stuff too.

In Sainsburys yesterday I bought 2 bars of this fine stuff, and noticed that it had a different sort of packaging than it used to. But no big deal. But you can imagine my horror today when I sat down to eat some with a mug of coffee and a Bible study to plan, and it just doesn't taste as good as it used to! This is a sad day.
